Smoky BBQ Lamb Ribs

Try the new delicious, juicy Amelia Park Smoky BBQ Lamb Ribs from award-winning Amelia Park.

Lamb Ribs are the perfect choice for entertaining with friends, for a snack while watching the footy, or serve with salad or vegetables for a balanced meal that is high in protein. Cooking Instructions

Oven
1. Preheat oven to 160°C fan forced.
2. Separate ribs and place in a single layer onto a large sheet of foil.
3. Fold the foil over the ribs and seal all edges tightly to create a fully enclosed parcel. Place the foil parcel onto a baking tray.
4. Cook for 2 hours.
5. Carefully open the foil parcel and cook the ribs uncovered for 10 minutes.
6. Rest for 5 minutes before serving.

Slow Cooker
High: 4 hrs OR Low: 7-8 hrs Instructions: Separate ribs, place in slow cooker with 1/4 cup water. Cook as above, stir occasionally.

Australian Lamb (92.8%), Smoky BBQ Seasoning (7%) [Sugar, Spices, Salt, Maltodextrin, Vegetable Powder, Natural Colours (150a, 160c), Vegetable Gums (415, 412), Smoke Flavour, Herb, Food Acid (330) Canola Oil.
