INGREDIENTS

  • 1 pack Amelia Park Lamb Souvlaki
  • Olive oil
  • ½ lemon

MYO Table Spread

Raid your grocery store for quality storemade…

  • Tzatziki 250g
  • Hummus 250g
  • Tabouleh 300g
  • Olives 1 cup mixed
  • 4 x warm flat bread Or Pita (or as many as you need)

Throw together a Greek Salad using (or use store bought salad)

  • 2 tomatoes, diced
  • 2 Lebanese cucumber, diced
  • 1 block feta, roughly crumbled
  • ½ red onion, sliced
  • ½ cup Kalamata olives
  • Cos lettuce roughly chopped
  • 1 tsp dried thyme
  • 2 Tbsp red wine vinegar
  • 4 Tbsp olive oil
  • Capsucim, roughly chopped (optional)

Serve extra lemon wedges to the table

Method

To prepare

  1. Heat olive oil over high heat in a large flying pan. Add Amelia Park Souvlaki Strips and flash fry for approximately two minutes on each side. Remove from heat and squeeze over some lemon.
  2. Present your choice of Greek accompaniments together with the Amelia Park Souvlaki Strips for your friends and family to make a souvlaki just the way they like it
