Lamb Shanks
BBQ Lamb Shanks (Indirect, Slow Cook)
Preheat BBQ to low heat (~120–140°C / 250–275°F).
Place shanks on indirect heat.
Cook for 2–3 hours, turning occasionally, until tender.
Rest for 5–10 minutes before serving.
Oven-Braised Lamb Shanks
Preheat oven to 160°C (320°F).
Place shanks in a roasting pan or ovenproof pot with a little liquid (water, stock, or wine).
Cover and cook for 2–3 hours, until meat is tender and falling off the bone.
Rest for 5–10 minutes before serving.
