Lamb Herb & Garlic Mini Roast
Oven
Temp: 200°C Conventional/180°C Fan Forced.
Time: 25 minutes per 500g (medium) or 30 minutes per 500g (well done).
Instructions: Rest at room temp for 30 minutes. Sear all sides for 1 minute in a high heat frying pan. Place fat side up in the oven. Rest for 15 minutes before carving.
