BBQ Lamb Leg Roast
Preheat BBQ to medium heat.
Place the roast on indirect heat.
Cook for 20–25 minutes per 500g for medium-rare, or 25–30 minutes per 500g for medium.
Rest for 10–15 minutes before carving.
Oven-Roasted Lamb Leg
Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F).
Lightly oil a roasting pan and place the roast inside.
Cook for 20–25 minutes per 500g for medium-rare, or 25–30 minutes per 500g for medium.
Rest for 10–15 minutes before carving.
