Cooking Instructions

BBQ or Grill Method
Temp: Medium High
Time: 25 minutes per 500g.
Instructions: Turn every 5 to 10 minutes.
Rest for 5 mins before serving

Oven
Temp: 200°C Conventional/180°C Fan Forced.
Time: 20 to 25 minutes per 500g.
Instructions: Sear each side in a frypan for 2 to 3 minutes before placing fat side up in the oven.
Rest for 5 mins before serving

Air Fryer
Temp: 180°C
Time: 20 minutes per 500g.
Instructions: Place fat side up.
Rest for 5 mins before serving
