Pan Beef Stir Fry
Preheat a wok or large frying pan over high heat.
Add a small amount of oil and swirl to coat.
Add beef in a single layer (cook in batches if needed).
Stir-fry 2–3 minutes, until browned but still slightly pink inside.
Rest for 5 minutes before serving.
