Beef Porterhouse Steak
BBQ Beef Porterhouse Steak
Preheat BBQ to high heat.
Place steak on the grill.
Cook 4–5 minutes per side for medium-rare, or 5–6 minutes per side for medium.
Rest for 5 minutes before serving.
Pan-Fried Beef Porterhouse Steak
Preheat a heavy frying pan over high heat.
Add a small amount of oil and sear steak 2–3 minutes per side.
Reduce heat to medium and cook additional 2–3 minutes per side for medium-rare, or 3–4 minutes for medium.
Rest for 5 minutes before serving.
