Pan/Braising Beef Blade Steak
Preheat a heavy pan or oven to 160–170°C (320–340°F).
Sear steak in a hot pan for 2–3 minutes per side.
Add a little liquid (stock, water, or wine), cover, and cook 2–3 hours until tender.
Rest for 5–10 minutes before serving.
