Our butterflied lamb range is the perfect solution for busy people looking for the best quality local produce. Pre-marinated and ready to cook, and in a variety of flavours including savoury mint, herb & garlic, and Greek souvlaki, the Amelia Park marinated range makes a beautiful, quick and easy meal in a wrap, or as a roast served with seasonal vegetables.

If cooking in the oven, first sear each side in a frying pan for 2 to 3 minutes before placing fat side up in the oven. Set your oven at 200C Conventional / 180C Fan Forced for 20 to 25 minutes per 500g. 

If cooking in air fryer, set it to 180C for 20 minutes per 500g with the fat side up.
