Lamb Rack
BBQ Lamb Rack (Frenched, Cap On)
Preheat BBQ to medium-high heat.
Place the rack on the grill.
Cook 4–5 minutes per side for medium-rare, or 5–6 minutes per side for medium.
Rest for 5–10 minutes before carving.
Pan-Roasted Lamb Rack (Frenched, Cap On)
Preheat oven to 200°C (390°F).
Sear the rack in a hot pan for 2–3 minutes per side.
Transfer to oven and roast 10–15 minutes for medium-rare, or 15–20 minutes for medium.
Rest for 5–10 minutes before carving.
